The MSMED Act gives suppliers a 45-day clock on overdue payments, but only a business that actually tracks the date can use it, and most spreadsheets cannot.
Lekha is our own answer to exactly this — a two-sided bill ledger, live today, that captures supplier purchases from the document and follows buyer receivables down the PO-to-payment chain, with the 45-day MSME clock on what is overdue.
