The name
Ekarche pairs Sanskrit eka — one — with Greek arche — origin, first principle. Together: the one origin from which everything begins. We chose the name because we wanted a single home for everything we make, and a name old enough to outlast every product that grows from it.
What we do
We build software the way you build a home: slowly, carefully, with materials that last. Each Ekarche product is a different answer to the same question — what would it take to keep this safely, for as long as it matters? Today that is three products: Docusift — your documents, in one clean layer. Drop in any document; get clean structured data out, with no templates, no training, no schema files. Memoria — your household's memory, in one calm app. School circulars, RC, warranty cards, insurance renewals, bills, captured and surfaced before they slip. Lekha — your books, in one steady ledger. Every bill tracked both ways, supplier purchases captured from the document and buyer receivables down the PO-to-payment chain, with a 45-day MSME clock on what's overdue. Argus, Kirti, and Koryvant live alongside as POCs — operations, brand, and prototyping, each still finding its first customers. More will come — but always from the same hand, the same care, the same standard.
Who we are
Ekarche has no board, no quarterly targets, no pressure to pivot away from the people who showed up early. We are based in Mathura, in Uttar Pradesh, India, and the software we make serves people anywhere in the world. Our products are international; our principles are local — careful, considered, and meant to last.
Why we exist
Most software is built to be disposable. It launches loud, gets acquired, gets pivoted, gets shut down — and the things you trusted to it disappear with it. We think that is broken. The pieces of your life that actually matter — your memory, your records, your work — deserve software that ages well, not software that ages out. Ekarche exists to build that kind of software, slowly, one product at a time.
